Refunds & Returns

1) VinterActive service orders may be cancelled before works begins for a complete refund. Payment is due once custom installation begins and no refunds will be provided for services delivered.

2) Orders for VinterActive research reports may be cancelled for a complete refund prior to shipment. VinterActive Research reports contain valuable intellectual property and may not be returned for refund once received.

3) Ongoing subscriptions to VinterActive hosting, maintenance and support services may be cancelled with 30-days written notice to avoid additional charges.  Contact support@vinteractive.com or click the "Contact Us" page to cancel your subscription.
